  • Are the Pearls of Long Bay, we’ve created an indulgent experience in the form of a peaceful sanctuary, complete with a private lagoon and sweeping?
    The POLB are a collection of three separate exclusive villas. Each villa is located on a separate two acre lot but all three are located right next to each other.
  • What comes included within the booking?
    Every booking comes included with a Michelin Star awarded chef, butler, daily housekeeping and pool service, concierge service as well as two airport transfers. Also during high season we include breakfast and 8 massage sessions.
  • How do we get to the villa?
    Once we have your flight details on file we will gladly arrange transportation services on your behalf. Our drivers will pick you up at the airport and take you straight to your villa.
  • How does the booking process go?
    After you have made your decision and are ready to book we will send you our Rental Agreement which we need signed. We need a 50% deposit in order to confirm the booking and the remainder of the balance 65 days prior to your arrival. If the arrival date is less than 65 days from the date you booked then we request full payment.
  • Who can help us to plan our trip?
    We will gladly send you a list of activities that you can enjoy while you are on island. Our concierge will be more than glad to arrange everything you need in advance. Also most activities can be arranged on spot as you go.
  • What services do you offer at the villas?
    Our guests have kayaks and paddle boards at their disposal. Also we have a professional gym as well as a tennis court and spa. Also both Pearl East and Pearl West have an indoor cinema room so that our gusts can enjoy a nic movie night with their friends and family. We also have karaoke machines if you wish to use them.
  • Is food and beverage also included?
    No, we can prepare pretty much anything that your heart desires. We simply charge for any beverage, raw produce and groceries that our staff use in order to prepare your meals and drinks.
  • Can we bring our pets with us?
    As much as we all love animals unfortunately we do not allow pets at the villas.
  • What are the methods of payment that you accept?
    For the booking itself we accept all major credit cards or wire transfers. As for the payment of additional expenses at the time of check-out we accept all major credit cards, checks or wire transfer. In case of payment by wire transfer or check we request a valid credit card to be kept on file until payment is received.
  • I noticed that you charge by the number of bedrooms used. Does that mean that we will share the villa with other guests?
    Absolutely not! We offer our guests to book anywhere from 5 up to 8 bedrooms just to make sure that smaller groups don;t ave to pay the full sum even though they won't be needing all the rooms that we offer. Each of our villas accommodate only one group of guests.
  • Is it possible to host an event or wedding at one (or all) of your villas? If so what are the additional charges?
    Most certainly! We have vast experience when it comes to planning and organizing all types of events. We do not charge an event fee but instead charge a flat fee for any guests attending the event but not residing at the POLB. Also we do not allow catering companies since our experienced chefs can prepare anything that our guests desire. A 25% catering fee is applied to any food and beverage costs related to the event.
  • Are there any additional fees that we should be made aware of?
    We are obligated by law to charge 12% government tax and 10% service charge on top of the booking total. Also we charge a 20% convenience fee on top of any addistional guest related expenses. (food, beverage, transportation services, activities...etc.) Basically we charge 20% on top of any payments that we make on your behalf. And finally we request a security deposit of 5,000$ in case there are nay damages made to the property or villa inventory. The entire amount is refunded a maximum 7 days after check-out. (if no damages were made)
  • Do you offer pre-stocking services? Also some of us have certain food allergies and dietary restrictions. Can the chef handle this?
    Of course we do. After the booking is confirmed we send our pre-stocking and dietary preferences form which you can fill out so that we can better prepare for your arrival. Also any food allergies and restrictions will be taken into consideration by our experienced chefs.
  • Can we buy our own food and beverage and cook our own meals?
    If this is what you desire then yes but please keep in mind that our chef cannot serve any food with groceries that were not purchased by us due to liability and health risks. The same goes with beverages.
  • Are tips/gratuity included?
    The 10% service charge that you pay at the time of booking is distributed among all of our 20+ staff members. If you wish to leave an additional tip then we provide a gratuity form or you may simply give them cash :)
  • How is the weather on island?
    Turks and Caicos takes pride in its beautiful weather with more than 340 days of Sun. There are occasional splashes of rain which usually do not last for more than a hour.
  • How's the nightlife on island?
    Providenciales is a very peaceful island with almost no night clubs. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and beach bars. Also there are several casinos. The daily routine and our amazing beaches are what this place is all about!
  • Are the villas good for kids?
    Yes! Both Pearl East and West are suitable for the little ones. Each villa has a small children's playground with a slide and swings. We have a kiddie pool, indoor cinema and plenty of toys. Also each villa comes included with a crib and pack'n play. If needed we can arrange nanny services as well.
  • What makes the POLB different from the other properties on island?
    Other than the fact that we include all the staff and amenities within the nightly rate we will gladly fulfill all your additional demands and requests. Our team of experts will make sure that your create memories that will last you for a lifetime.
